Accrington have signed Tom Braysford from Church and Zain Hanif, Rohid Ashraf and Abbaas Ahmad from Rawtenstall.
The club is still looking for a first team wicketkeeper.
Accrington Chairman Jon Hayhurst said: "We are always looking to improve on and off the field, focusing on creating a welcoming environment for members and visitors.
"We have a growing membership and fantastic junior section which is constantly improving.
"Our aim is to develop our senior teams by recruiting committed players who want to go on and play 1st XI cricket."
