Half centuries by Waleed Majeed (63) and Dilshan Fernando (50 not out) and an impressive 23 by Joe Graham helped the thirds make 157-9.
Ramsbottom proved too good through with Grace Johnson hitting an unbeaten 47 to take her side to a 6 wicket victory with more than 2 overs to spare.
Len Dewhurst, 48 years on from his senior debut, took 1-21 from 8 overs, James Lawrenson 1-16 and Joe Graham 1-32.
