Jurie Snyman turned in a match winning performance with the ball in Accrington's 32 run win at Nelson.
The Accrington professional took a league best 6-34 to bowl Nelson out for 115. Snyman picked up Nabeel Ahmed (22), Matt Pettinger (11), Gul Sabir (12), Michael Bradley (1), Rehan Hussain (5) and Shahzaib Raja (3) to lead Accrington to a third win of the season.
Yousuf Ali also picked up the vital wicket of Nelson professional Ankit Sharma (8) with Asad Khan sending back Ash Imdad (9) and Mehmood Ahmad dismissing skipper Khurram Nazir (0), both openers caught by Andy Greenwood.
Accrington recovered from the early loss of Snyman (7), Ali (5) and Emile Haratbar (0) to post 147 all out.
Opener Jon Hayhurst made 20 and skipper Graeme Sneddon and George Mills hit 23 apiece in a 5th wicket stand of 27.
Greenwood then joined Mills to add 49 for the 6th wicket before falling to Sharma (4-36).
Nazir also picked up 5-37, including the wicket of Snyman.
