Yasir Ali top scored with 74 from 43 balls, including five fours and four sixes in Colne's 181-7.
Ali added 74 for the 3rd wicket with professional Geeth Kumara (45).
Kenton Rhodes also chipped in with 20 at the top of the order.
Professional/captain Jurie Snyman hit 43 from 28 balls with three sixes and three fours, Jacob Clarke hit 30 and Emile Haratbar 25 in Accrington's 146-6 as Colne used eight bowlers.
