Half centuries from Ali Hasham, Abbaas Ahmad and professional Jurie Snyman took Accrington to a 5 wicket win at Colne.
The home side also had three players who made half centuries in a total of 261-7.
Opener Kenton Rhodes hit 54 with eight fours, adding 85 for the 3rd wicket with professional Geeth Kumara (51 with six fours and a six).
Yasir Ali top scored with 87, including thirteen fours.
He added 44 for the 4th wicket with Kumara and 66 for the 5th wicket with skipper Tom Bradshaw (15).
Sammi Senapathi also hit an unbeaten 20 with Accrington skipper Jacob Clarke taking 3-48, including his 300th Lancashire League wicket.
Faisal Hussain removed Nathaniel Young (5) at 8 but Hasham and Ahmad put on 131 for the 2nd wicket with both men turning in career best performances.
Hasham hit eight fours and three sixes in his 98 ball 83 with Ahmad hitting eight fours in his 62.
Ali dismissed Hasham at 139 with Ahmad falling to Kumara at 161.
Eight runs later Clarke was trapped in front by Kumara for 2.
Snyman and Emile Haratbar put on 80 before Snyman fell to Matt Walker for 78, including ten fours and two sixes.
Haratbar (20 not out) and Asad Khan (11 not out) saw Accrington to a second successive win with three balls to spare.
The win was Accrington's highest ever successful run chase.
Accrington move up one place to tenth.
The seconds were beaten by 10 wickets by Lowerhouse who clinched promotion with the victory.
