The Thirds lost a thriller at Lowerhouse in spite of career bests from Ryan Bond and Harry Cunliffe.
Ryan hit his first senior half century, making 57 from 84 balls with seven boundaries in the Thirds 197-8.
Harry also hit a career best unbeaten 36, skipper Waqar Ashraf made 32 and Khizar Mehrban 22.
Hafiz Ahmed took 3-42, Noah Cronshaw 2-15 and Harry 2-24 but Lowerhouse got home with 14 balls to spare.
